5:00 a.m.
Pickup in Panama City
Meeting point confirmed in writing. Overland transfer toward Guna Yala.
Morning stop
Breakfast at a nearby gas station
Quick stop for coffee, water, or a light breakfast — at your expense.
Nusagandi
Control center & comarca fees
Registration and payment of comarca taxes before continuing to the coast.
Dibin port, Tupile
Boat boarding
Arrive at the pier, travel light, and head out to the islands.
Morning
First island
Beach time: swim, photos, and shade under the palms.
12:00 p.m.
Lunch
Meal in the archipelago per menu confirmed with SPL and your host family.
Afternoon
Second island & natural pool
Continue by boat and visit Guna Yala’s natural pool — turquoise water and sandy bottom.
2:30 p.m.
Return by boat
Head back to Dibin port.
3:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Port & city return
Disembark, overland transfer, and estimated arrival in Panama City.
