What does a day trip from Panama City include?
Coordinated land and sea transfers, agreed time on the island and a meal according to the host family package. Exact details are confirmed in your quote.
How do I confirm my booking?
You send the request on the website; SPL checks availability with the family on the island and replies by WhatsApp or email with the final rate and payment steps. Nothing is charged without your confirmation.
Can I pay in another currency?
We quote in USD. Other currencies may be shown as a reference; the final amount is agreed in USD unless otherwise arranged.
What should I bring to Guna Yala?
ID or passport, biodegradable sunscreen, repellent, a towel, cash for handicrafts and optional tips. Avoid single-use plastics whenever possible.
Is there phone signal or internet on the islands?
Connectivity is limited or non-existent on many islands. Let us know if you need special arrangements; enjoy disconnecting as part of the experience.
Can I visit with children?
Yes, with adult supervision. Tell us the ages when booking so we can adjust lodging, transfers and infants in arms.
What happens if the weather stops the boat?
Safety comes first. We reschedule with you or apply the policy agreed in your confirmation if the sea does not allow departure.
